Work behavior in a company is influenced by several factors, including organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and professional attitude. Organizational culture essentially system of general values. Emotional intelligence the ability to understand control emotions. Professional meaning that refers designation person who holds profession about person's appearance realizing performance following his profession. The purpose this research determine relationship between word behavior, work attitude behavior. This was conducted at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang, with 132 employees, taken randomly. data analysis technique descriptive method qualitative approach. results showed attitudes
